This page covers the iOS game Midterms 2026 ("the app").
The app does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not use third-party services that collect data.
The app saves your game progress (your party, your campaign and your results) on your device, so you can continue a game later. This data stays on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. To delete it, start a new campaign or delete the app.
We share no data, because we collect none.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
All parties, characters and events in the game are fictional. The Democratic and Republican parties appear only as computer opponents in a game. Any match with real people is a coincidence.
